‘PEPPA PIG’
The Elf Factory, London (March 2018-May 2019)
In 2018-19 I was an animator on Season 6 of Peppa Pig, using CelAction 2D. Despite having used the software briefly on Simon’s Cat, the visual style of Peppa and the amazing support I received from fellow team members as a relative newcomer to CelAction made it much easier to gain skills and confidence. Working on such an established series has given me a valuable insight into organised work pipelines, and I’ve found that this disciplined way of working has been a big help to me since returning to freelance animation. Season 6 began airing in the UK in 2019.
