‘THE SERMON ON THE MOUNT’
The Bible Project, Oregon (December 2022-August 2024)
Working on the animation for the ‘Inner World’ sections of Bible Project’s 10 episode series adaptation of The Sermon on The Mount was a really special experience. The team was absolutely fantastic and it was an opportunity to work in a fun, graphic style which was then transformed so beautifully in post-production, which I also helped out with a bit on some of my scenes in After Effects. Rough and Clean-Up animation was done in Toonboom Harmony. From the get-go I was so impressed with the design and art direction for both the ‘Inner’ and ‘Outer’ world sections, and I’m incredibly proud of the finished films that make up ‘The Sermon on the Mount’.
I’ve included some of my favourite sequences I animated from episodes 5, 4 and 2.
Episode 4's sequence about divorce and discarded women.

Episode 2's sequence about being strong enough to stand up and try to de-escalate conflict.
